Staff members in Acorn Class are very friendly. Mrs Holt is the class teacher. Mrs McCartney is a Higher Level Teaching Assistant along with Mrs Burgess and Miss Andrews who are Teaching Assistants. You'll find us all in class at different parts of the week. We also have plenty of volunteers and students to help us make a fantastic learning environment for the children in our care.
Oh, and hang on! We have three chickens to look after too: Vanessa, Gloria and Spider-Chicken. They are rescue chickens who were once caged hens. We've given them a wonderful home where they can roam our playground and join in with lessons. The children are so good at cleaning them out and making sure they have a fantastic retirement.

Learning for this term
