Sports Clubs

At Thornsett, we offer a wide range of clubs for children to participate in. Children and staff are encouraged to suggest ideas for clubs and we are always on the lookout for new and exciting ideas. The range of clubs available often changes during the year to ensure a large choice is provided. Clubs take place at lunchtime and after school. The majority of clubs are run by school staff and are free of charge. A few clubs are run by external private providers where charges apply.

Clubs on offer over last year included:

Choir, drama, art and craft and construction

Sewing, dance, recorders and guitar

Peak Active Sports, Fun Fitness and School Newspaper

At present:

Tuesday after school is FILM Club

Thursday after school is Drama Club

Friday after school is Peak Active Sports

During the week there are also MUSIC lessons including:

Musical Roots
